< Shipping >

All items ordered will ship from Osaka, Japan.
We ship all orders after clearing your payment at PayPal, taking approximately 1 to 2 days.
When payment has cleared, we will ship your order as soon as possible.
If there are any problems or delays, we will contact you by email.

In Japan, shipments will take 2 to 3 Days from Osaka.
Overseas shipments by SAL (economy air mail) will take 15 to 18 business days from Osaka, Japan.
Overseas shipments by AIR AMIL will take 7 to 13 business days from Osaka, Japan.
Overseas shipments by EMS (express mail service) will take 4 to 7 business days from Osaka, Japan.
These estimates are strictly transit time, and do not include time to ship the order, any possible custom issues or other delays which are outside of our control. Due to the costs and paperwork involved, we are only able to ship complete orders. We cannot partial-ship orders if an item is on backorder.

Delivery is via Express Mail Service(EMS), Economy Air Service (SAL) and AIR MAIL with a tracking package service.

In Japan, flat rate 850yen, Overseas by Dollar $10.83 or by Euro 6.83EUR
Because of currency rate fluctuations, the shipping charges in this catalog are subject to change without prior notice.

< Packages delivered with incorrect address information >

If the package has incorrect or incomplete address information, you will be charged full postage for transit both ways. Examples of incomplete addresses include missing apartment or suite numbers, or missing floor numbers. Please double-check addresses during checkout. If shipping elsewhere, please verify the ship-to address. Incorrect address fees are not charged if we catch the address error ourselves, first.

< Undeliverable Packages & Refused Packages Fees >

You will be charged return shipping for undeliverable or refused packages.
Packages refused by the recipient, or which can't be delivered will be returned to us by Post Service. Undeliverable packages shipped Post Service, will be charged according to the postal stamp charge.
Examples of undeliverable packages include, but are not limited to, orders that have incorrect address information, packages that are refused for any reason when delivery is attempted, packages that aren't delivered in 3 delivery attempts, packages unclaimed at the local post office or for any other reason out of post office's control that result in the package being returned to us. Please make sure the address is correct, the recipient knows the package is coming and that the location is suitable for daytime delivery of packages.

< Customer Ordering Errors >

The customer is responsible for entering their order correctly online. We are not responsible for customer mistakes during ordering.
Examples of which (but not limited to) are typing errors ("typos"), transposing addresses, swapping billing and shipping addresses, selecting the wrong items or colors, duplicate orders, etc... While we will certainly work with the customer to try and resolve the mistake, the responsibility is the customer's to give us the correct order information in the first place.
If we can't catch an incorrect address, an order change request, etc... we do not bear the costs of the customer error. Please double check the order for errors before submitting. Once an order has begun processing in the warehouse, we are unable to cancel the order/shipment.

< Our Ordering Errors >

If you receive items different from that which you ordered, we are fully responsible. We will exchange it.
Please notify us by email regarding the error. We will send you a return authorization number and address to return the goods to, and we will refund you the return shipping charge, via PayPal, to your account when we received the item from you.
